Queue for Agents: privacy

Queue collects no personal data for its maker, and it has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking.

Your agents' questions, your answers and attached files are sealed on your computer or your phone before they leave it, and only your paired devices can open them. The relay that carries them between your devices can't read them. It sees only what it needs to deliver them: random IDs that tie each item to its card and to your devices, what kind of step it is (such as a question, an answer, a comment or an outcome), its deadline, when it arrived and how large it is. It keeps each device's public keys, so your devices can check each other's messages. To deliver notifications, it keeps your phone's push token, which Apple issues for this app, and passes notifications to Apple to deliver. It keeps no names, email addresses or IP addresses.

The guide in the app runs on your phone alone and sends nothing.

Feedback you send through TestFlight reaches the developer through Apple, under Apple's TestFlight terms.
